Apply to join the PPG Steering Group

The Steering Group helps shape how your GP practice listens to and acts on patient feedback. Members take an active role and help drive change for patients.

The group meets every two months on a Tuesday afternoon. You need to be able to commit to attend regularly and take part in discussions between meetings.

  • Are willing to contribute to discussions and feedback
  • Want to represent patient views and help improve services

How your information is used

Your name, email address, GP practice and application details will be shared with the PPG Secretary and held on a secure central PPG database, in line with NHS Dorset data protection requirements.

Your details will be used to manage Steering Group membership and communication.

Withdrawing

 

You can withdraw your application at any time before a decision is made. If appointed, you can step down by contacting the PPG Secretary.
